Thorleif Ellison, who completed his technical education at Christiania´s technical Collage in 1924, srved for a time with Standard Oil and more recently as designing engineer with the Solvay Process Company of Hopewell, Virginia. In charge of mosquito extermination with the board of health in Brooklyn, 1934-35, he was able to effect a great reduction in the insect nuisance.
